WITNESSETH; WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Administration is empowered by Minnesota Statute 166.24 Subd. 5 to rerrt out state-owned property; WHEREAS, LESSEE is a public law enforcement entity conducting business in the City of St. Paui; WHEREAS, LESSEE use of the Leased Premises is for parking; WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE entered into Lease No. i-4121 dated November 28. 1995, providing for the rental of One Hundred Twentv (120) non-desianated oarking soaces located parkinq lot "Y", in the City of St. Paul, County of Ramsev, Minnesota, for use by LESSEE in conducting its business; and . WHEREAS, the pasties to this Lease Agreement deem certain additional tertns and condfions necessary for the effective continuation of said Lease Agreement, NOW, TtiEREFORE; LESSOR and LESSEE agree to substiiution and/or addition of the foliowing terms and conditions which shall become a.part of this Lease Agreement No. I-412'I, effective as of the date set forth hereinafter. Effective January 19, 1999 and continuing through June 30, 2000, LESSOR and LESSEE hereby agree that fifty (50) parking stails wili be relocated from Lot Y to Lot X, the parking lot adjacent to the Sears Department Store, Rice Street, St. Paul, as shown on the attached F�chibit A. 2. LESSEE shall confinue to pay LESSOR rent as set forth in Clause 2 of Amendment No. 4. 3.
