10. Every applicant for a temporarq 0n ale� Malt Beverage Liceas shall file with his
applicatioa therefore, a boad with valid Power of Attorneq attached, in the sum•
of Two Thousaad Dollars ($2,000.00) The surety on such bon shall be a surety
compaay liceased. to do business ia he State of Minnesota, a d the bond shall be
approved as to form and execution b the Corporation Counsel Said bond shall be
conditioaed as follows:
a.) That the licensee will pay to he muaicipality, when du , all taxes, license
fees, penalties and other char es as provided by law.
b.) That the licensee will obey th law relating to such li ensed business, and
that ia the event of any viola ion of the provisions of such law, the licensee
will pay all fines, penalties nd other charges as prov ded by law.
c.) That the liceasee will pay, to the extent of the princi al amount of such
bond, any damages for death or injury caused bSr or resu tiag from the violation
of any provisions of law relat ng to the busiaess for w ich such licensee has
been graated a license, and co ditioaed that such recov ry may be had from the
surety on the bond. The amoun recoverable shall be me sured by the actual
damages, provided, however, th t in no case shall such urety be liable for any
amouat in excess of the amouat of the bond.
