Minnesota described as follows :
A permanent easement over t at part of vacated Dayton Avenue from
the West line of Hamline Ave ue to the centerline of vacated Albert
Street ;
Also , a permanent easement over that part of the North half of
vacated Dayton Avenue from the centerline of vacated Albert Street
west to existing Dayton Aven e.
Also , temporary construction easements as shown on the map on file
in the Division of Valuation and Assessments , Department of Finance
and Management Services . aid temporary easements to expire on
December 31 , 1989 , or upon completion of the project , whichever
occurs first.
These easements are in conjuncti n with the Marshall/Hamline (A) Sewer
Separation Project .

above improvement, and the award of damages theref r, and also upon the assessment of benefits therefor, and the
Council having duly considered the same, now therefor be it
RESOLVED, That the taking and condemnation f the lands described in the annexed assessment roll, identified
by the signature of the Director of Finance and made part hereof, and the awards of damages to the owners of such
lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth i said assessment roll, be and the same is hereby in all respects
ratified and confirmed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the said assessmen of bene�ts, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified,
and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to e District Court for confirmation.
