Previous contract has expired. ADVANTAGESIFAPPROVED By combining State Fire Masshal inspections with our on-going Certificate of Occupancy inspections, school o�cials will not be burdened with duplicate fire inspections. D{SADVANTAGESIFAPPROVED No disadvantages if approved, since the city is already inspecting for Certificate of Occupancy. The only e�ra duty is to submit a copy of our report to the State Fire Marshal. DISADVANTAGES IF NOTAPPROVED � Redundant inspections will occur.
