Voting In the Matter of improving the follow'ng streets with a bituminous paving, concrete
Ward curb and gutters, concrete drive ays and outwalks, sodded boulevards, and a
5 street lighting system (suppleme t to Arlington/Arkwright Street Paving and
Lighting Project) :
Arkwright Street from Arlington venue to Nebraska Avenue and
DeSoto Street from Nevada Avenu to Nebraska Avenue.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having ceived the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereb approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 75,600 , financed by as essments $10,000 and Storm Sewer System
Charge $65,600.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improv ent on the 28th day of June, 1988 ,at
nine � o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambe of the City Ha11 and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given o the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the provement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
