Voting In the Matter of improving the follow'ng streets with a bituminous paving, concrete
Ward curb and gutters, concrete drivew ys and outwalks, sodded boulevards and a
5 street lighting system (supplement to Cottage/Galtier Street Paving and
Lighting Project) :
Marion Street from Cottage Avenue o Arlington Avenue and
Albemarle Street from Cottage Ave e to Arlington Avenue.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having rec ived the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby a proved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 98.280 , financed by assess ents $24,570 and Storm Sewer System Charge
$73,710.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvem nt on the 28th day of June, 1988 ,at
nine��o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers o the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to e persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the im rovement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
