That the petitioner , i s successors , and assigns , by acceptance of the t rms and conditions of this vacation, agree to ide nify, defend and save harmless the City of Saint Paul, its officers and employees from all suits , actions , or laims of any character brought as a result of inju ies or damages received or sustained by any per on, persons , or property on account of this vacati n, or petitioner ' s use of this property, including but not limited to a claim brought because of any act of o ission, neglect, or misconduct of said petitioner o because of any claims or liability arising fro any violation of any law or regulation made in acc rdance with the law whether by the petitioner or any of its agents or employees. 7 .
