full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund
09070-511-000 to Dennis W. Kar the sum of $750 . 00 in full settlement
of his claim for damages susta ned April 13 , 1984 as a result of
a pedestrian/automobile accide t at or near Como and Front, Saint
Paul, Minnesota.
