The Jobs Impact Statement will i entify, for both the property to be acquired and the proposed develo ment, the following: 1. Number and types of per anent jobs that will be lost or created; 2. The wage rates and bene its for these jobs; 3. Any indirect job loss s stained as a result of redevelop- ment, including jobs lo t to suppliers, transportation companies, etc. ; 4. Total projected public ost for redevelopment assistance; 5. Character and demograph c characteristics of the affected work force; 6. Skill levels required f r both jobs being lost and jobs which will be created; 7. The likelihood of displ ced workers being able to obtain jobs with comparable pa and benefits in this area; 8. The record, if any, of he developers or the employers, who are part of the pro osed development, in meeting job creation projections in the past; and 9. A public monitoring pro ess for establishing the above and insuring compliance with job creation projections in the proposed developmen . The Jobs Impact Statement must b submitted for review and comment by workers who may be displaced, an labor union or other representative body of the workers, the local d'strict planning council and any other affected or interested community rganization or association. The Jobs Impact Statement must be subject to a public hearing by the City Council prior to approval of any development project receiving city assistance. In the event that workers are dis laced as a result of redevelopment activities supported by city fina cial or technical assistance, the displaced workers will be provide benefits which must include, but not be limited to, the following: l. Reasonable education or etraining expenses which will enable them to secure em loyment at a level commensurate with or above wages paid them by the displaced industry; 2.
