The Council of the City of Saint Paul having r ceived the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$* See Above , financed by asse sments.

2. That a public hearing be had on said improve ent on the 14th day of June, 1988 ,at
nine�o'clock a.m., in the CouncIl Chamber of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given t the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the ' provement and the total cost thereof as estimated.

RESIDENTIAL rates ( SINGLE FAMILY TO HREE FAMILY)
For a 5—foot wide sidewalk: New Con truction (where no walk existed) , $13. 00
per front foot ; Replacement of old sidewalk, $6. 50 per front foot .
For a 6—foot wide sidewalk : New Con truction, $15. 60 per front foot ;
Replacement of old sidewalk, $7 . 80 per front foot .
All corner residential properties will receive a credit up to the first 150
feet of new or reconstructed sidewalk along and abutting the "long side" of the
property.
COMMERCIAL rates (all property other than residential )
100% of actual cost estimated to be approximately $4. 00 per square foot of walk
constructed.
