RESIDENTIAL rates ( SINGLE FAMILY TO HREE FAMILY)
For a 5—foot wide sidewalk: New Con truction (where no walk existed ) , $13. 00
per front foot ; Replacement of old s dewalk, $6. 50 per front foot .
For a 6—foot wide sidewalk: New Con truction , $15. 60 per front foot ;
Replacement of old sidewalk, $7. 80 p r front foot.
All corner residential properties wi 1 receive a credit up to the first 150
feet of new or reconstructed sidewal along and abutting the "long side" of the
property.
COMMERCIAL rates (all property other than residential )
100% of actual cost estimated to be pproximately $4. 00 per square foot of walk
constructed.
