Condemning and taking a 55-foot permanent easement between the easterly
line of Lafayette Avenue and the W sterly line of the permanent easement
taken for Trout Brook Sewer constr ction, the North line of said 55-foot
permanent easement being the Nort line of Bruno Street as platted and
its easterly extension , subject to easements of record and existing
structures , for the purpose of onstructing and maintaining a public
sewer on, under and across that art of Bruno Street that lies between
the easterly line of Lafayette Av nue and the west line of Soo Line Plat
No. 8; that part of Lots 9 and 15 J. W. Bass Subdivision of Lot 8 , Bass
Addition of Outlots ; that part of Burlington Northern Right-Of-Way; that
part of Soo Line Plat No. 8 , in luded within said 55-foot permanent
easement. (in connection with t e Trout Brook Outlet Easement Phase B
Project )
under Administrative Order approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having receiv d the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby ap oved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ �,000 . financed by St rm Sewer System Charge.
2 That a public hearing be had on said improve ent on the 14th day of
June, 1988 at nin ���j o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the C ty of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to e persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the imp ovement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
