WHEREAS, Building Pernut No. 179484 was issued to S& S Construction for a home at 986 Kilbum
Street, for which a Sewer Availability Chazge of $1,000.00 was collected by the Department of
Technology and Management Services (Rea1 Estate Division), as evidenced by Receipt No. A5598,
dated December 31, 1998; and
WHEREAS, The Real Estate Division discovered that there was a credit on the property and that
S and S Construction did not need to pay a Sewer Availability Chazge of $1,000.00; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, In view of the foregoing, that the proper City Officials are
authorized to issue a refixnd of the Sewer Availability Charge to S and S Construction in the amount of
$1,000.00.
