of the Saint Paul egislative Code shall be treated
as Class II license .

Section 310.01 of the Sain Paul Legislative Code shall be
amended to place under the head ng "Class II Licenses ," in proper
alphabetical order the followin additional licenses :

Temporary On-Sale Bee 410. 10
Temporary j,�Tine and Liq or 409 . 25

Section 402 . 06 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby
amended to desi�;nate the existin paragraph as subsection (a) ,
and by enacting the following ne subsection (b) :
"(b) Class II permit Notwithstanding any other
provision of law to the contrary, the gambling ner-
mit provided herein sha 1 be administered as a Glass
II license and subject o those provisions of these
chapters governing�Class II licenses . The insPector

Section 3
Section 402 . 07 of the S int Paul Legislative Code is hereby
amended to read as follows :
"Application for c" ty gambling permit shall be
made to the inspec or upon an application form
supplied to the in pector, together with such
additional informa ion as may be required by
the in,spector. A eparate application shall be
required for each eparate day or occurrence on
which the gambling event is to be conducted.

requested date of the gambling event.
Section 4
Section 409 . 25 of the S int Paul Legislative Code is hereby
amended by adding the follow ng new subsection (e) :
"(e) Class II lice se. Notwithstanding any other
provision of law t the contrary, the temnorary
wine arid liquor li enses provided in this section
shall be administe ed as a Class II license, and
subject to the pro isions of these chapters
governing Class II licenses . The inspector shall
make all referrals as provided by section 310. 03 ,

application theref r if necessary to issue such
license on a timel basis . "
Section 6
This ordinance shall ta e effect and be in force thirty (30)
days after its passage , appr val and publication.
