Votin ¢ In the matter of
Ward
Condemning and taking permanent utility easements , sub�ect to easements
1 & 4 of record and existing structu es , under and across those parts of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 0 , Township 28 , Range 23 , Ramsey County ,
Minnesota described as follows :
A permanent easement over that part of vacated Dayton Avenue from
the West line of Hamline A enue to the centerline of vacated Albert
Street ;
Also , a permanent easeme t over that part of the North half of
vacated Dayton Avenue from the centerline of vacated Albert Street
west to existing Dayton Avenue.
Also , temporary constructi n easements as shown on the map on file
in the Division of Valuati ns and Assessments , Department of Finance
and Management Services . Said temporary easements to expire on
December 31 , 1989 , or upon completion of the project , whichever
occurs first .
These easements are in conjunction with the Marshall/Hamline (A) Sewer
Separation Project .

The Director of Finance having submitted his eport in the above matter as to the amount of damages awarded
for the taking of the land or easements therein ap opriated for the above improvement and to whom payable; and
also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment of benef' s be and the same is hereby approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing e had before the Council upon said report and for a confirmation
of the award of damages made by the Director of Fi ance and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the Council
Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. P 1 on the 31st day of
Ma , 1988 at ine o'clock A.M., and that the Director of Finance be and
he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescr bed by the Charter.
