THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1
The Down.to��.m T�evelopme t District , as shown in Exhibit l to
Ordinance No . 17171 (Counci File No. 84-1143) , adopted October 23 ,
1984, is enlar�;erl to take i new area as shown on Exhibit 1-1988
attached hereto , and as enl rged is adopted as a commercial develop-
ment district under Section 17 .07 . 1 of the Charter of the City of
Saint Paul .
Section 2
This ordinance shall b in fo�ce and take effect thirty days
following its passage, appr val and publication.
