WHEREAS, the Neighborhood Housing Develop ent Company submitted a proposal and
survey for a lot split with variance for roperty located at 222/224 East Page
Street, and
WHEREAS, after appropriate city departmen review, the City Council on
December 23, 1987 held a public hearing a d granted the lot split with
variance as City Council resolution file o. 88-77; and
WHEREAS, the applicant subsequently disco ered that the original survey
contained an incorrect legal description nd was therefore unable to properly
record the approved lot split:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the ity Council amends its resolution
file no. 88-77 with the following new leg 1 description and original approved
conditions:
Parcel "A":
The west one half of Lot 9, Block 1 , Paul Martin's Rearrangement of
Block 18 of Woodbury and Cases Addi ion to Saint Paul , with the
condition that a covenant will be a tached to the deed stating that, in
the event of destruction of, or dam ge to the dwelling in whole or in
part, to a point warranting removal , new construcion, reconstruction or
repair of the dwelling shall be res ricted to either a common wall
dwelling attached to the dwelling s'tuated on parcel "B", or the split
lot shall be recombined for constru tion of a single or two family
dwelling, until such time, if any, hat the property zoning is legally
changed to permit a more intensive r different use.

1. to assist in routing documents and in securing required signatures;
