AREA OF NINTH STREET VACATED IN COUNCIL FILE 86-1P137 Except the southeas erly 18 feet and except the Northwesterly 18 feet al that part of East 9th Street lying Northeasterly of the No theasterly line of John Street and Southwesterly of a line drawn from point "D" to point "E" . The location of said poi t "D" is determined by beginning at a point on the Southwes erly line of Lot 5 of Block 1P1 of said Kittson ' s Additi n extended Southeasterly to its intersection with a ine drawn parallel and 18 feet perpendicular from the outheasterly lines of Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 of said Block 10; thence North 55 degrees 38 minutes 3�! seconds West along said line drawn parallel to said Southeasterly lines of aid Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8 a distance of 168. 29 feet to point 'D".
