Voting In the Matter of improving Lexingt n Parkway from Jessamine Avenue to Montana
Ward Avenue by constructing con rete curb, grading and paving or overlaying
with bituminous material, econstructing a drainage system, constructing
5 a signal system and a stre t lighting system, repairing existing bridge
and doing all other work n cessary to complete said improvements.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having r ceived the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby pproved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 1,974.800. , financed by Muni ipal State Aid $1,493,500; Metro Parks Grant
$154,300;Capital Impr ement Bonds $327,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improve ent on the 1 7th day of Ma3z, 1Q88 ,at
nine ���@ o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given t the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the ' provement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
