WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council by Resolution 88-253 on February 23,
1988, set the evening of April 28, 1 88 as the public hearing for the Shepard/
Warner/East CBD Bypass Environmental Impact Statement; and
WHEREAS, the Federal Highway Adminis ration has informed city staff that the
published public hearing notice did ot adequately meet federal notification
requirements; and
WHEREAS, the Federal Highway Adminis ration requires that proper notification
of the public hearing must be publis ed at least 30 days in advance of the
public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that he Saint Paul City Council sets the
evening of May 19, 1988 at 7:00 p.m. as the time for public hearing on the
draft Shepard/Warner/East CBD Bypass Environmental Impact Statement and
declares that the hearing record sha 1 be open until 4:30 p.m. on June 20,
1988.
