WHEREAS , the Minnesota Department of Transportation has
a facility at 6118 Highway 12 , St. Louis Park, Minnesota, which
it is graciously willing to donate the usage of for the purposes
of training conducted by the St. Paul Police Department ' s Critical
Incident Response Team (CIRT ; and
WHEREAS , the Departme t of Transportation desires that
the City indemnify it duri g the usage of the premises by the
CIRT team; now, therefore, b it
RESOLVED, that the Cou cil of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby pledge indemnificat on of the Minnesota State Highway
Department from any and al claims of whatever kind and nature
arising out of CIRT team raining conducted under the auspices
of the St. Paul Police Depar ment on April�1988 .
