1. An ordinance repealing Section 2.07 o the St. Paul Administrati�e Code pertaining
to review of necessary procedures for proposed ordinances and resolutions.

3. Resolution amending Rule 14 (Stages o Consideration) of Chapter A-I of the St.
Paul Administrative Code.
Laid over until May 6, 1988. -
4. Resolution amending Rule 3 (Suspensio of Rules) of Chapter A-1 of the St. Paul
Administrative Code, Council Rules of Procedure.
CAPPROVED, as amended in the following manner: Page 1, under RuIe. 3.line 3, after
the word "of", delete the w rds "a majority" and insert in Iieu thereof

5. An ordinance amending Chapter 111 of he St. Paul Administrative Code pertaining
to a City Elections Board by providin for staff support to that Board.

of the Charter to allow for legislati e advisory committees whose members would not
be appointed by the Mayor.
