The Public Works Committee at its meeting of March 30, 1988, took the
following action:

15, Whitney and Smiths ddition bounded by Fifth Street,

for thP RANDOLFH/SNELLING =ELJEf� SEPARATIcjpJ PRt�JECT.
Rerpmmended a�proval unar�i ously.
4. 4/5/E38 RATiF1C1►TION OF 11WARD OF n MAGES: for uti 1 ity easements
for the HAMLINE/HEWITT STO M SEWER PROJECT.
Recommended approval unani ously.
5. 4/5/88 FINAL ORDER: Improving ST. CLAIR AVENUE from Cretin
Avenue to Saratoga Aven e with a bituminous paving,
concrete curb 8 gutters, c ncrete driveways and outwalks,
sod boulevards and a lanter style street lighting system.
Final Order was voted on in two parts: Recommended
approval unanimously on bit minous paving, concrete curb 8
gutters, concrete driveways and outwalks, and sod boule-
vards.
Vote on lantern style stree liqhting system was passed on
a 2-1 vote, Rettman voting ' NO".
