Voting In the Matter of improving MINNEHAHA VENUE from White Bear Avenue to McKnight
Ward Road (excepting Hazel to Ped rsen) by removing existing curb and
6 & 7 driveways and replacing them with concrete curb and gutter and concrete
driveways, constructing stor water drainage facilities and constructing a
bituminous overlay from Pede sen to McKnight. Constructing a street
lighting system between Whit Bear and McKnight and construct storm sewer
between Pedersen and McKnigh ; and doing all other work necessary and
incidental to complete said roject.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having r ceived the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby pproved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
�g 465,000.00 , financedby 198 Capital Improvement Bonds $212,000;
Minnesota Department of Tra sportation $178,000 and 1988 Sewer System
Separation Charge $75,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improve ent on the lOth day of �'y' 1988 ,at
nine %�o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given t the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the ' provement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
