For the operation of the bove standard street lighting system for
the SMITH AVENUE AREA, th following streets :
West side Smith Avenue fr m Stevens Street to 100 feet south of Baker
Street ;
East side Smith Avenue fr m Stevens Street to 75 feet south of Baker
Street ;
Both sides Smith Avenue rom Annapolis Street to 50 feet north of
Annapolis Street for the onths of January thru December 1988.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having eceived the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereb approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 1,545. ���� fo excess operating costs,

2. That a public hearing be had on said improv ment on the l Oth day of Ma�, 1 9RR ,at
nine �'c�o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambe s of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given o the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the provement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
