For the operation of the ab ve standard street lighting system for
the LOWERTOWN AREA, the foll wing streets :
Both sides East Fifth Street from Wall Street to Jackson Street ;
Both sides East Sixth Street from Wall Street to Jackson Street ;
Both sides Sibley Street fro Fourth Street to Seventh Street ;
Both sides Wacouta Street fr m Fourth Street to Seventh Street and
East side Jackson Street fr m Fifth Street to Sixth Street for the
months of January thru Decem er 1988.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having re eived the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby pproved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 10.763.50 ��1�c for xcess operating costs.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improve ent on the lOth day of �y' 1988 ,at
nine �A�Ko'clock a.m., in the CouncIl Chambers f the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given t the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the' provement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
