For the operation of the above standard street lighting system for
the GRAND—EAST 1 AREA, th following streets :
Both sides Grand Avenue from 260 feet west of Victoria to 100 feet
east of Dale Street ;
Both sides Victoria Stree from 150 feet north of Grand to 150 feet
south of Grand Avenue ;
West side St. Albans Str et from Grand Avenue to 150 feet north of
Grand Avenue ;
East side Dale Street fr m Grand Avenue to 150 feet north of Grand
Avenue for the months of anuary thru December 1988.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having eceived the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereb approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ ��313 ���g�� for excess operating costs.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improv ment on the lOth day of Mav, 1988 ,at
nine X�IK�o'clock a.m., in the Council Chamb s of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be give to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
