WHEREAS, the City of Sain Paul , by resolution 13981 dated
December 11 , 1916 , and resolution 71442 dated May 24 , 1927 and
recorded as documents 509255 nd 739754 respectively, acquired
easements for slopes , cuts nd fills over Lot 14 , Block 3 ,
Redwing Addition ; and ,
WHEREAS , in order to clear title , the City of Saint Paul has
been requested to release thes easements; and
/ WHEREAS, the Department o Public Works has indicated it has
no further need for these eas ments and does not object to the
release of these easements .
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are
hereby authorized to execute a Quit Claim Deed releasing any and
all interest the City may have in the easements recorded as
documents 509255 and 739754 over Lot 14 , Block 3 , Redwing
Addition .
