RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation Resolution be amended in Section I, Vacation, so hat the third paragraph of said Section shall read as follows: "The head of the department may permit an employee to carry over into the following year up to e#gl�� on hundred and twent hours, or in the Fire Service the number of hours wo ked for �Ke three weeks. If for reasons of business the department hea determines that additional carry over is necessary for an employee, hen the em lo ee ke�ai�e shall ask the Personnel Director to allow th t additional time be carried over. Such additional days must be used thin the first three months of the following year. Any employee who does t work full time shall be granted vacation on a pro rata basis. The time of v cation shall be fixed by the head of the department in which the employ e is employed. If an employee has been granted more vacation than �e the em 1 ee has earned up to the time of k#s separation from the City service, the emp oyee shall reimburse the City for such unearned vacation.
