A REEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made nd entered into this day
of , 19 , by and between the City of
Saint Paul., a municipal corp ration, hereinafter referred to as
the "City" and MT Properties, Inc. , its successors and assigns, a
Minnesota corporation hereina ter referred to as "MT Properties" ;
wHEREAS, the City desir s to acquire a bridge and highway
easement described on the att ched Exhibit "A" and shown colored
orange on the attached Exhibi "B" .
WHEREAS, the City wil have excess right-of-way in the
location of the existing R ymond Avenue Bridge, the excess
property is shown colored blu on the attached Exhibit "B" ;
NOW THEREFORE, it is ag eed by and between these parties,
their successors and assigns:
1. MT Properties shal by mutually agreed upon separate
Deed of Easement, de d to the City a permanent easement
for bridge and highw y purposes on, over, and across the
property legally de cribed on the attached Exhibit "A"
which is shown in o ange on the attached Exhibit "B"
both incorporated by this reference.
2. The City shall pay 4, 500.00 to MT Properties for the
acquisition of said asement.
3 . In further compensat'on for the easement, the City will
vacate its interest in the property shown blue on the
attached Exhibit "B" and Quit Claim Deed its interest in
said property to MT roperties.
