RESOLVED, that Counci File No. 87-1532 be and the same
hereby is amended to dele e the current requirements for the
make-up of the Mayor ' s Ad Hoc Traffic Safety Committee and to
substitute the following in ' ts place :
The Mayor' s Ad Hoc Traf ic Safety Committee shall
include, but not be lim' ted to:
One member representing the St. Paul School Board
One member representing the St. Paul Pol.ice Department
One member representing the Mayor ' s Office
One member representing the Business Community
One member representing the Medical Community
One member representing the Judicial System
One member representing the Advertising Industry
Four members represting the General Public ;
and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that Council File No. 87-1532 be and the
same hereby is amended by de eting the provision that the committee
sunset one year from the ef ective date of Resolution No. 87-1532
and by adding the following anguage in its place:
The Mayor ' s Ad Hoc Traf ic Safety Committee will
sunset one year from th date of its first meeting
following the adoption f this Resolution.

Committee from 14 to 11 members. Specifically, it eliminates
representation from the following categories: ftA�SEY COUNTY, JI.�I1iC�t'4L S�'�TEM,
�.• INSURANCE INDUSTRY, MAAD and the TATE LEGISLATURE. Additionally, it
increased the number of general p blic members from 2 to 4.
