' to approximatel 165 feet west of St. Peter

RESIDENTIAL rates (SINGLE FAMILY TO T REE FAMILY)
For a 5—foot wide sidewalk : New Cons ruction (where no walk existed) , $13. 00
per front foot ; Replacement of old si ewalk, $6. 50 per front foot.
For a 6—foot wide sidewalk: New Cons ruction, $15. 60 per front foot ;
Replarement of old sidewalk, $7. 80 pe front foot.
All corner residential properties wil receive a credit up to the first 150
feet of new or reconstructed sidewalk along and abutting the "long side" of the
property.
COMM�RCIAL rates (all property other han residential )
100% of actual cost estimated to be a proximately $4. 00 per square foot of walk
constructed.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having receive the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves: �
1. That the said report and the same is hereby appr ved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ * , financed by assessme ts. See above for assessment costs and
rates.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement n the 12th day of Anr;1 , 198R ,at
nine o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of th City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the ersons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the impro ment and the total cost thereof as estimated.
