Voting In the matter of condemning and taking

5 A 20-foot permanent ease ent for utility purposes under and
across that part of Soo L ne Plat No. 6, and that part of Ed
Rice's Trout Brook Additio , all being in the Southeast Quarter
of Section 30, Township 29 North, Range 22 west, in the City of
St. Paul, Minnesota. The c nterline of the easement is described
as follows:
Coml�encing at the nort west corner of said Soo Line Plat No.
6, said point also be ng on the easterly right of way line
of Mississippi Stree ; thence S 00° 02 ' W, 134 . 66 feet
along said easterly ri ht of way line of Mississippi Street
to the point of beg nning of said easement centerline;
thence S 7CP 33 ' 15" E, 72 .98 feet, thence S 49° 08 ' 18"
E, 568 . 00 feet; thenc S 82° 21 ' 03" E, 61. 52 feet to the
existing Trout Brook S wer and there terminating.
The side lines of said easement to be prolonged or shortened
to begin on said easte ly right of way of Mississippi Street
and end on the cent rline of said existing Trout Brook
under Sewer.
Preli�r Also a temporary construct on easement as shown on the plan on
file in the Division of Val ation and Assessments, Department of
Final� Finance & Management Servic s. Said temporary easement to expire
upon completion of the proj ct or on December 31, 1988, whichever
occurs first.
' This is in conjunction with the Jackson/Sycamore Sewer Separation
for th proj ect.

RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be h d before the Council upon said report and for a confirmation
of the award of damages made by the Director of Financ and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the Council
Chamber, in the Court �Io se in the City of St. Paul o the L�*�+ day of

, at o'clock A.M., and that the Director of Finance be and
