5, of e Minnesota Motor Vehic e and Traffic Laws, the Council of
the Ci y of St. Paul hereby req ests the Commissioner of the
Minnes ta Department of Transpo tation to determine the maximum
safe s eeds on the following st eets or portions thereof:
Sm th Avenue from Cherokee Avenue to Cliff Street
Ke logg Boulevard from Mou ds Boulevard to Broadway Street
and to authorize the City of S . Paul to revise the existing speed
zones in accordance with the f ndings of the Commissioner of the
Minne ota Department of Transp rtation.
