HEREAS , the City of aint Paul , acting through its
Valuation Engineer, has secure an agreement for the purchase of
that ertain property describe as follows :
Lots 1 , 3 � and 4 , lock 46 , Northwesterly of
Raymond Avenue , St. Anthony Park, Minnesota ,
together with the p rtion of all vacated streets
and alley abutting said property which accrued
thereto by operation of law upon vacation thereof.
Lot 2 , Block 46 , St. Anthony Park, together with
those portions of Ta ' nter Avenue, Bayless Avenue ,
Kendrick Street , P card Street and Ada Street ,
heretofore vacated 1 ing adjacent to said lot, and
which by operation f law reverted to and became
the property of the owner of said lot at the time
of vacation, sub�ect however, to the reservations
contained in the res lution vacating said streets.
Lots 4, 5, and 6, B1 ek 47, Northeasterly of Kasota
Avenue, St. Anthony ark, Minnesota, together with
the portion of al vacated streets and alleys
abutting said prop rty which accrued thereto by
operation of law upo vacation thereof.

Anthony Park, North esterly of Raymond Avenue, and

HEREAS, the price at wh ch the property may be purchased is

for t e subject property acc rding to the appraisal obtained by
the V luation Engineer; and
HEREAS, the Valuation E gineer has recommended the purchase
of sa d property at the price stated above:
OW THEREFORE BE IT RESO VED, that the proper City officials
are ereby authorized and irected to pay Wintz Investment
Comp ny, record owner , the sum of $650 ,000. The conditions of
said sale contained in the M morandum for Sale of Real Estate;
said memorandum is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
