RE: APPOINTMENTS TO THE W TER MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATIONS
Back in January of 1987, the ity Council made the decision to
have citizens appointed to th Water Management Organizations
rath r than staff from the Se er Division. City staff will
prov'de technical assistance.
The rocess for advertising or applicants took a considerable
amou t of time. After adver ising several times for
appl cants, the Mayor would ike to present to you, for your
