THE COUNCIL OF TH CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:

an Jackson Street, be and is hereby repealed in its entirety.

for the RANDOLPH/SNEL ING SEWER SEPARATION PROJECT.

4. 4/5 88 RATIFICATION OF AWARD OF DAMAGES: for utility easements
for the HAMLINE/HEW1T STORM SEWER PROJECT.
Recommended approval nanimously.
5. 4/5 88 F1NAL ORDER: Impro ing ST. CLAIR AVENUE from Cretin
Avenue to Saratoga Avenue with a bituminous paving,
concrete curb � gutte s, concrete driveways and outwalks�
sod boulevards and a antern style strePt lighting system.
Final Order was vo ed on in two parts: Recommended
approval unanimously n bituminous paviny, concrete curb 8�
gutters, concrete dri eways and outwalks, and sod boule-
vards.
Vote on lantern style street lighting system was passed on
a 2-1 vote, Rettman v ting "NO".
