As icense Inspector for the Cit of Saint Paul, I am hereby notifying you
tha on March 1, 1988 a public h aring will be held before the Saint Paul
Cit Council. This hearing will be held in the Council Chambers, third
flo r of the City and County Cou t House at 9:00 a.m.
At his hearing, the License Ins ector will recommend that the Saint Paul
Cit Council���e�s�t�id tha�a 5a1e L�Lquos �eettse you presently hold at
214 East 4th Street. The Licens Inspector's office will base
its recommendation on the follow ng:
Failure to pay the required irst half city license fee.
It s our allegation that the ab ve described activity violates the
fo owing:
Saint Pau1 Legislative Code 09.05, License Fees. The first half
of the total fee to be paid efore February 1 of each such year.
