RESOL ED, That the Council of the City of Sa' t Paul does hereby order that the above-described im�rovement
be made, and he proper City officers are hereby directe and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
FURTH R RESOLVED, That upon the comple ion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate
all expenses in urred therein and shall report the same to he City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.

stub connections inci ental to the PAYNE/ARCADE EAST AND
WEST STORM SEWER AND P VING PROJECT.

DRIVE TO TAINTER AVENU by grading and paving, curbs and
gutters and a green lan ern style street lighting system.

Constructing sanitary, storm and water connections if
requested by the prop rty owner and improving parts of
Raymond, Energy Park D ive and Tainter Avenue. All to be .

Impro e VIRGINIA STREET from Ida o Avenue to proposed cul-de-sac by
gradi g, paving and constructing cur and gutter. Also, condemning and
takin additional right-of-way for turn round purposes.
This i a dirt street with all utilities in lace. The west side of the street
is bui t up with homes. The east sid of the street has one possible
buildi g site, the remainder abuts W eelock Parkway.
This roject was initiated by a petitio signed by two of the four abutting
prop rty owners. One of the signer who did not sign the petition was
asse sed for West Idaho Street and will not be assessed for this proposal.
Con tructing concrete curb and gutt r, bituminous pavement and lighting
syst m from Idaho Avenue to the pr posed cul-de-sac. Total length of this
proj ct is approximately 200 feet.
Do othing. This would aUow the ud and erosion problems to continue,
but ould not be a major problem.
