Th Council of the City of Saint Paul having eceiWed the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having co sidered said report,hereby resolves: !
1. hat the said report and the same is hereb app�roved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
i $ 1,485,000 , financedby Mun ci�#le State Aid Revenue Bonds $1,260,000;
C pital Improvement Bonds $125 OOC�; Public Improvement Aid $50,000 and
A sessments $50,000. '
2. hat a public hearing be had on said improv enf on the Sth day of April, 1988 ,at
nine o'clock a.m., in the Council Chamber of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. hat notice of said public hearing be given o th�e persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
e and place of hearing,the nature of the ' prbvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
