portion of the vacated alley right�of—way between Lots 9 and 30 , also the
east 10 fe t of the south 40 feet �f Lot 30 , also the west 15 feet of the
south 18 f et of Lot 29 . Also a pe�rmanent utility easement over , across and
through th east 25 feet of the weslt 50 feet of the south 50 feet of Lot 1 ,
Block 1 , N vada Place. Also a per�anent utility easement in vaeated Nevada
Avenue who e center line is 15 feetl east of the west line extended of Lot 9 ,
Block 8 , M rton ' s Addition and extelnds from the south line to the north line
of vacated avenue. Also temporaryieasement shown on the plan on file in the
office of Finance and ManagementiServices . Said temporary easements to
expire December 31 , 1988 or at thie completion of construction whichever

RESOL ED, That the said assessment of benefit be and the same is hereby approved.
RESOL ED FURTHER, That a public hearing b had before the Council upon said report and for a confirmation
of the award of damages made by the Director of Fin nce and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the Council
Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Pau on the ��}� day of
, at 9 o'clock A.M., and that the Director of Finance be and
he is directe to give notice of said hearing as prescri ed by the Charter.
