Further Resolved, the City Council declares this event a public purpose whereby city employees and officials
are allowed to accept invitations to this gala event, and;
Further Resolved, the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold
Media One, U.S. Postal Service, RMS Titanic, LaTete Mason, LTD., and any other publicized sponsors,
harmless from any and all damages it may be required to pay as a result of suits, claims, actions or judgements
arising through participation in the above described event, and:
Further Resolved, the forgoing def and indemnification do not cover: ��� ��+�> �ne— wh:s {-\ v
1) Casualtyyloss or propert to e named parties' propert � or damage to cars. �
2) Any occurrences or events which are not part of the event and which do not occur or take place on
the party's premises during the event.

of the parties, of which they had actual or constrnctive notice.
4) Injuries which arise out of criminal action, assaults, batteries or other acts of violence committed by
any person or persons.
