Atta hed is the resolution reappointing Bill Sands and
Coun ilmember Bill Wilson to again serve as members of the
Boar of Directors of the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Family
Hous ng Fund Board.
Bill Sands will serve a three-year term which expires on the
date of the Annual Meeting, 1991.
Coun ilmember Wilson will serve a two-year term which expires
on t e date of the Annual Meeting., 1990.
