3. Resoluti n amending Rule 14 (Stages of Consideration) of Chapter A-1 of the St.
Paul Adm'nistrative Code.

4. Resoluti n amending Rule 3 (Suspension of Rules) of Chapter A-1 of the St. Paul
Administ ative Code, Council Rules of Procedure.
APPROVED, as amended in the following manner: Page 1, under Rule 3.line 3, after
the word "of", delete the words "a majority" and insert in lieu thereof
2/3. Also in line 3, delete the word "t��ea#me�es".
5. An ordina ce amending Chapter 111 of the St. Paul Administrative Code pertaining
to a City Elections Board by providing for staff support to that Board.
APPROVED, with recommendation to pass.
6. Resolutio requesting the Charter Commission support for a change in Section 3.01.8
of the Ch rter to allow for legislative advisory committees whose members would not
be appoin ed by the Mayor.
