The C uncIl of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having consi red said report,hereby resolves:
1. Tha the said report and the same is hereby approv d with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 2 , financed by 1986 Muni ipal State Aid Funds $515,000 and
1986 Publ'c Improvement Aid Funds $67,000.
2. Tha a public hearing be had on said improvement o the 2t�th day of ������c�.gQ ,at
nin o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the ity Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. Tha notice of said public hearing be given to the p�rsons and in the manner provided by the Chazter, stating the
tim and place of hearing,the nature of the improve ent and the total cost thereof as estimated.
