submitted to the ouncil,and the Council having considered same nd found the said assessment satisfactory,therefore,be it
RESOLVED That the said assessment be and the same i hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on d assessment on the 15th day of
Ma.rch, 1988 , at the h ur of 9. o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the
Court House and ity Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; tha the Director of Finance give notice of said meetings,as
required by the harter, stating in said notice the time and pl ce of hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the
amount assessed a ainst the lot or lots of the particular owner t whom the notice is directed.
