WH REAS , on November 30, 198 the Division of Public Health
for th City of Saint Paul inspe ted the property at 1002 Front
Street, 5aint Paul , Minnesota, nd determined that a nuisance
existed on said property; and
WH REAS , the Division of P blic Health issued orders on
Decembe 2, 1987 to abate the uisance to William and Monica
McMahon the fee owners , and rthur Pare, the contract for
deed pu chaser; and
WH REAS , an appeal of the o ders was filed with the City
Clerk o December 9 , 1987 and t e City Council on January 12,
1988 co ducted a public hearing on said appeal ; and
WH REA5 , upon consideration the City Council affirmed
the Di ision' s clean-up order of December 2 , 1987 because the
clean-u was basically completed; ow, therefore , be it
RE OLVED, that said order d' recting the clean-up at 1002
Front ' s affirmed with the und rstanding that said Division
will co sider the issuance of a c iminal citation if appropriate,
and wi h the further understand'ng that no assessment will
be made upon William and Monica McM hon.
