Dear Sir:
As L cense Inspector for the City of aint Paul, I am hereby notifying you
that on February 9, 1988 a public hea ing will be held before the Saint
Paul City Council. This hearing will be held in the Council Chambers,
thir floor of the City and County Co rt House at 9:00 a.m.
At t is hearing, the License Inspecto will recommend that the Saint Paul.
City Council suspend the Building Con ractor License you hold for the City
of S int Paul. The License Inspector s office will base its recommendation
on t e following:
1) Your current bond was cancel ed effective December 5, 1987,
and a replacement bond was n ver received.
(2) Your current insurance was c ncelled effective December 21, 1987,
and a replacement insurance ertificate was never received.
You y be represented at this hearin by an attorney or other represen-
tati of your choice. You and/or yo r attorney/representative will be
a110 d to cross-examine witnesses an present evidence through witnesses
and d cuments at this hearing.
Enclo ed is a memorandum of procedure used by the Saint Paul City Council
for h arings on license revocations, uspensions, and denials of new licenses.
