Intended on-Use filed voluntarily o behalf of Northwestern Bell
Telephone Company, Northern States ower Company, Department of
Public W rks, the Water Utility, Con inental Cablevision, Western
Union ; a d District Energp St. Paul Inc. and made a part hereof
by this eference and filed in the office of the City Clerk of
Saint P ul , the City for itself and on behalf of these
corpora ions and departments w ives the right to utility
easement in the vacated area as de cribed in the Certificates of
Intended Non-Use.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to Section 130.06 of
the Sain Paul Legislative Code and on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul and those persons for whom the city has reserved
easemen s , the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
waive an release the retained uti ity easements in the vacated
