Voting In t e Matter of Constructing a sanita y sewer in DeSoto Street from Nebraska
Ward Avenue to Montana Avenue. Also construct sanitary sewer service
5 connections. (To be const ucted with the Arlington/Arkwright
Street Paving and Sewer Se aration Project)
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having receiv d the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having co sidered said report,hereby resolves:
1. at the said report and the same is hereby app oved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
i $ 10,400 , financed by Assessme ts $3,200 and City Aid $7,200.
Sewer Service connections ssessed at $400 per connection.
2. at a public hearing be had on said improvement on the lst day of M�rch, 1988
,at
nine o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of t e City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. at notice of said public hearing be given to th persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
t' e and place of hearing,the nature of the impro ement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
